SUPREME CATERING
River Mountain Action is renowned for outstanding catering. All two day-trips include a hot breakfast the first morning, a riverbank picnic lunch, and a sumptuous dinner in the evening. A hot breakfast is served the second morning and a hot lunch before you depart. Don’t be shortchanged by outfitters that only provide four meals on a two-day trip.

THE MEALS THEMSELVES

• Our menu does vary – but they are consistently great. This is one of many features that brings our Guests back year after year.
• A typical first day Breakfast might include English “Bangers” (sausages), accompanied by pancakes, fresh fruit, pastries, juices, coffee and tea.
• The riverbank picnic Lunch is generally is a feast of pita bread pocket sandwiches complimented by an assortment of chips, cookies and fruit. You will enjoy the beverage bar with a variety of ice cold juices.
• Evening Dinner is almost always an extravaganza of steak and chicken fresh off the BBQ, baked potatoes, corn on the cob, a full salad bar and fresh iced cake for dessert
• A second day Breakfast usually features our fabulous sautéed vegetable and cheese omelets, cooked just the way you like them, or if you prefer scrambled eggs, you only have to ask, accompanied by bacon, danish pastries, juices, coffee and tea.
• The final Lunch is served back in camp, and is an all American cookout of hamburgers and hot dogs with all the fixings, our famous fresh fruit salad, cookies and an assortment of beverages.
