We can only say nice things about your staff, beginning with Jackie who booked our reservations. She was very helpful and patient with us. She supplied us with great customer service by answering all our questions and addressed all our concerns, no matter how insignificant.

Maria is the soul of the camp. Not only is she a great organizer, she is very people oriented. She has a gift for putting everyone at ease and making sure everyone enjoyed themselves. Her attitude is wonderful and kept our weekend light and fun. She even helped in making us forget the stresses of our jobs.

As for the guides, they are all helpful and patient. Their job knowledge helped us to be at ease. We're sure their jobs are hard enough and more so when you have a group of inexperienced "rafters".

And last, but not least, we want to thank you Roger, for being a wonderful host and making the whole weekend a "wonderful adventure". We have memories that will last for a long, long time.

Dear Roger,
Finally (after three long years) I was able to return to an exciting weekend of RMA Rafting (August 18-20). This time I returned as a "veteran rafter" being that I had been ONE time before. I returned with six friends, four of them first-timers.

Luck was on our side again this year - Ole (aka "Butch") was our guide. Ole's knowledge and skill, combined with his great personality and sense of humor, provided us with the most enjoyable trip. He has a knack for making the first timers feel comfortable while showing everyone a great time.

I don't know where to begin as far as thanking all of the wonderful people in Coloma. As usual, Maria did a fantastic job of keeping the place running smoothly, and all of the guides were a pleasure to be around. Everyone definitely goes the extra mile to accommodate the RMA guests.

As usual, the food was superb! There is nothing better than coming back to camp, after a hard day of rafting, to enjoy a hearty meal.

We really appreciate all the efforts of the RMA staff and are eagerly looking forward to our next white water adventure.

Dear RMA,
Most people are quick to complain when things do not happen or the service is bad etc. and very slow to give praise for a job well done. In your case the later applies, and a "Thank You" is certainly in place.

Unfortunately our hiking trip in the Yosemite Park got canceled due to much snow still covering some of the trails, and since our River Rafting trip was planned a couple days after we had gotten back to the Main Camp, it was unanimously agreed to cancel the River Rafting also.

Lawrence M. called your office on Friday July 6th, and on Monday July 8th. Later we received a refund check from your office. Congratulations. Such action shows your concern for the customer and very definitely reflects on the efficiency your business is operating.

Because of this I will be instrumental that our group will book with you again, it may not be this year but for sure in 1997. So for now just figure the trip got postponed but not canceled. Again, I (we) thank you for your prompt service and we look forward to meeting you "folks" hopefully next year.

With the high level of stress in the workplace today I can't think of a better way to let it go than to raft with your wonderful company. Each year your staff goes out of their way to show everyone a great time. Maria is wonderful and no doubt loves what she does. She has a way of getting things done and yet with the same sense of humor that all of us loved. Be sure to thank her for us. All of your guides were well trained and showed experience on the river and in camp helping out. Your new campsite is wonderful and set up perfect for large or small groups. Your group handled us with ease. I think you should be very proud of all of them.

Thanks again for yet another wonderful rafting weekend. We are already planning next year's trip. See you then and thanks again.

I want to thank you for the wonderful action tour and vacation I experienced with your company. The vacation was packed with comfort, thrills, action and adventure.

My wife and I are writing to thank you for the great time we had rafting.

Roger: We were impressed by the organized efficiency of the entire operation - from our dealings with Jackie, your pleasant head-office reservations manager; Mary, the bus hostess; Maria, your great campground manager; the river guides; and Wendell, the bus driver. All put together, the attention to detail made it an exceptionally pleasant trip.

Maria: A few short words from us to comment on the upkeep of the excellent facilities at the camp. We liked the cleanliness of the eating area, the kitchen, showers, restrooms and campgrounds. The friendliness, enthusiasm (especially yourself) and everyone's efficiency made it a pleasure to be at the camp. And we liked your great food!

And we can't say enough for the river guides, especially Rob, the competent captain of our raft. His expert navigation, informal paddle orders, and humorous comments made it a real fun trip through rapids and water fights.
